This Petition is circulated in view of the praecipe dated 04 May 2026, same is marked as "X" for identification. 2.

The Petitioner has sought for the following substantive reliefs in this Petition:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set-aside the impugned FIR bearing C.R. No.683/2025 registered with MHB Colony Police Station for offence punishable under section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on 04.10.2025 at the instance of Respondent No.2 in the interest of justice."

Mr. Shantanu Kadam, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

The request made by Mr. Shantanu Kadam, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, is not opposed by Mrs. P P Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent/State. 5.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Shantanu Kadam, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty as prayed for. 6.

If the application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 5896 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
