By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of First Information Report 260 of 2013 lodged on 28th March 2014 with Charkop Police Station.

Mr. K. V. Saste, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State states that the cognizance of the offence is taken.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Mr. Sivaraman Shanmugar, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of the remedy that may be available in law.
