P.C:- The Petitioner seek issuance of writ of habeas corpus, with a direction to the respondent no.2 to produce the sons, and for grant of their full custody to the petitioner. It is worth to note that there is a decree of mutual consent passed by the Family Court at Bandra in F 3966/2024 wherein the issue of the custody and access of children is specifically dealt with.

On being confronted with the aforesaid situation, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw the Petition, with liberty to avail such remedy as is available in law. (SHYAM C.
