DATE : 18th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- The petitioner claiming to be legally wedded to Ms.Fareeha Abdul Qayum Chaudhary, aged 20 years, seek issuance of writ of habeas corpus for her production, as it is alleged by him that despite valid nikah being performed, the respondent nos.2 and 3 have detained her, and he is not able to exercise his rights as her husband.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct impleadment of Ms.Fareeha Abdul Qayum Chaudhary, as respondent no.4.
