In the said affidavit, the Respondent No.4 has categorically stated that her decision to marry the Petitioner was taken in haste while she was emotionally broken due to career decisions and she has dissolved the marriage by her own free will and the Petitioner was informed about the same.

2) In the wake of the affidavit, we direct the presence of the Petitioner and Respondent No.4 before us on 04/12/2025 at 02:45 p.m. in the Chamber.
