The petitioner prays for the following reliefs:- "A. This Hon'ble court may be pleased to quash the FIR NO 780 of 2024 filed at Chaturshrungi police station Pune under Section 115 of BNSS and section 92(A) of Persons of Disability Act 2016. B. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the Charge sheet in Special Sessions case No. 67 of 2025 pending before Sessions Judge Pune at Pune.

C. Till the disposal of this petition this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the proceedings in Special Session case No. 67 of 2025 before Session judge Pune at Pune.

D. Any other order may kindly be passed." 2.

Mr. K. V. Saste, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned.

3. In view thereof and considering Rule 2(II)(h) under Chapter I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ
