The Interim Application filed by the victim for intervention, is taken on record.

During the course of hearing of the matter in the Court, we deemed it appropriate to have interaction with the Petitioner as well as the corpus, whose custody is sought through a writ of Habeas Corpus, i.e. the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly the parties were called in chamber who presented themselves alongwith their parents and in the presence of Advocates a consensus is arrived between them to the effect that apart from the Criminal Writ Petition, all other respective proceedings instituted by 1/2

With this understanding, and since the Petitioner is directed to submit certain undertakings, we expect filing of the same at the earliest, as we are specifically informed that as examination of the corpus is due, she is desirous of leaving Mumbai shortly. At the request of the respective counsel, we direct listing of the Petition at 3.00 p.m. on 04/12/2025, subject to the respective undertakings to be placed before us.
