In view of the request made by Mr. Omneel Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, this Petition was ordered to be listed on the production board.

By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive reliefs :- "(1) Quash CC No.155/SW/2017 and all proceedings emanating therefrom, including the Order of Cognizance dated 06.10.2023 and Order of Committal dated 08.01.2025."

Mr. Omneel Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the Order of Committal dated 08 January 2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 19th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai.

The request made by Mr. Omneel Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, is not opposed by Ms Megha Bajoria, learned SPP for the Respondent/UOI 6.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Omneel Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, leave is granted to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedingschallenging the Order of Committal dated 08 January 2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 19th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai in CC No.155/SW/2017.

Criminal Writ Petition No.5953 of 2025 is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
