In view thereof, Ms. Nisha Gaikwad, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Criminal Writ Petition No.5961 of 2025 with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned single Judge holding the subject jurisdiction by filing a fresh writ petition to challenge the judicial order taking cognizance of the order.

Permission is granted.

Criminal Writ Petition No.5961 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. All contentions are left open.
