In view of the fact that cognizance has been taken in connection to crime bearing C.R. No.55 of 2024 by registration of Sessions Case No.434 of 2024, this writ petition shall not lie before the Division Bench in view of Chapter XVII, Rule 18(4) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. The petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to approach the learned single Judge holding the subject jurisdiction by filing a fresh writ petition to challenge the judicial order taking cognizance of the order.
