At page no.80 of the paper-book, the order dated 30th September 2023 has been produced by which charges were framed against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the trial has proceeded but the prosecution has failed to produce witnesses.

In view of the order framing charge, Writ Petition No.5971 of 2025 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of remedy as available to him in law. As regards the delay in the trial, we may observe that the petitioner may take appropriate steps including filing of an appropriate application in the Court concerned.
