Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
A limited grievance in these Petitions is to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Dindoshi to hear and decide applications dated 15 July 2024( Exh.21) in Criminal Appeal Nos.339 of 2023, 337 of 2023 and 340 of 2023. 3.
The Petitioner is the original complainant. The Petitioner has filed an application for recall of the orders dated 15 February 2024, whereby the sentence imposed by the trial court came to be suspended by the Appellate Court subject to deposit of 20% of the compensation amount. 4.
It is the claim of the Petitioner that, the appellants have not complied with the said condition.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, though the application is filed on 15 July 2024, it has yet not been decided. The Court is informed that, the aforesaid criminal Appeals Nos.339 of 2023, 337 of 2023, 340 of 2023 are now posted for hearing before the learned Sessions Judge on 16 January 2026 6.
The Writ Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Sessions Judge to take up application for recall of the orders dated 15 February 2024 (Exh.21) for hearing on 16 January 2026 and decide the same SSP 2/3
in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 7.
Learned Sessions Judge is also requested to make an endeavour to decide Criminal Appeal Nos.339 of 2023, 337 of 2023 and 340 of 2023 expeditiously.
