By this petition, the petitioner is seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the records and proceedings concerning FIR No.126 of 2025 registered by Kashigaon Police Station dated 20.03.2025 U/s. 8(c), 22(c) and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 and upon examining the legality, validity and/or propriety of detention of the Petitioner may be pleased to direct the Petitioner to be released on bail forthwith on such reasonable terms and conditions as this Hon'be Court may deem fit and proper;

(b) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the verification of the Applicant since he is presently in judicial custody; (c) any other further order and/or direction be given as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."

Mr. Prachis Shukla, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 3.
