By the present petition the Petitioner seeks to impugned the order dated 10th September 2022 passed in Criminal Appeal no. 194 of 2025 by the Additional Sessions Judge, whereby the Additional Sessions Judge was pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner till the conclusion of the appeal subject to payment of 20% of the compensation i.e. 57,00,000/-. The Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner has by way of a demand draft paid the amount of Rs. 11,40,000/- towards the 20% compensation as directed the same. 2.

He submits that the Petition has therefore, become infructuous and does not survive.
