Heard Mr. Rathod, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Ms. Shinde, learned A.P.P. for Respondent No.1-State and Mr.Munde, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2-CBI.
2) The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Applicant is facing a prosecution in C.R No.RC.6/E/2008/CBI/EOW /Mumbai for the alleged offence under Sections 120-B, 420 read with Sections 511, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 3) The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said case is pending since last 16 years. The Applicant has filed discharge application in the year 2013. However, the said Application is pending hearing and final disposal. Presently, the Applicant is 66 years old. 1/2

4) Mr. Munde, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2-CBI concedes to the said fact.
