This writ petition seeks transfer of investigation of First Information No. 0332 of 2025 registered on 7th October 2025 at Nayanagar Police Station to the State CID or Crime Branch. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners states that there are materials in possession of the petitioners such as audio recording of the conversation etc. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that an application has been made to the Judicial Magistrate in First Information Report No. 0332 of 2025 on which a criminal miscellaneous application has been registered. 3.
Having regard to the fact that the jurisdictional Magistrate has taken note of the complaint made on behalf of the petitioners, Mr. Taraq Sayed, the learned counsel for the petitioners, without adverting to the merits of the matter, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prosecute the matter before the jurisdictional Court.
