By the present Petition, the Petitioner (Husband) has sought for the following substantive reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (i) & (ii) :- "i.
Issue writ of certiorari or any other writ in the nature and manner of certiorari and quash and set aside FIR bearing No. 229/2023 registered with Vanrai Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 498a, 494, 323, 406, 50, 6 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860,

Issue writ of certiorari or any other writ in the nature and manner of certiorari and quash and set aside proceeding pending before Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Borivali, Mumbai vide CC No. 1024/PW/2025."

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Pradyumna Sharma, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the present Petition. 4.
Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Pradyumna Sharma.

In view of the above, leave is granted to withdraw the present Petition.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 6062 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
