The petitioner prays for the following reliefs: "a) Call for record and proceedings of the case.

b) Quash and set aside an order of detention bearing no. CRIME PCB/DET/FARASKHANA/ADAGALE/300/2025 dated 10/04/2025 under section 3(2) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, bootleggers, drug offenders, Dangerous Persons, Video Prates, Sand Smugglers and Persons engaged in Black marketing of Essential commodities Act, 1981 Act, 1981 (MPDA Act) was passed by Commissioner of Police, Pune City (Respondent No. 2), and on quashing the same the petitioner be ordered for release forthwith, and for that purpose pass necessary orders." 2.

Mr. Siddharth Ghodke, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 6101 of 2025 is dismissed as JAYANT VISHWANATH SALUNKE withdrawn.
