The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 1st July 2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone-10, Mumbai, thereby externing the petitioner from the Mumbai City & Mumbai Suburban Districts for a term of two years under Section 56(1)(a) and (b) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.
