P. C. :- 1) The grievance of the Petitioner, a father of two daughters aged 6 and 4 is that the children have been forcibly removed from his custody and for last six months or so, he is not able to visit them or even establish contact with them. The Petitioner, being a father, claims to be legally entitled for being aware of the steps taken as regards their development including education and other aspects.

2) The learned Counsel for the Petitioner categorically made a statement that the Petitioner had contacted Respondent No.1 on her WhatsApp and informed about the listing of the matter today and she assured that she shall mark her appearance before the Court. However, neither she is present nor she is represented by her Counsel. 3) In the wake of the aforesaid, issue notice to the Respondent No.1 on the address given in the title clause. 1/2

Apart from this, we also direct the Officer-incharge of the Sewri Police Station to contact the Respondent No.1 on the phone number on which the Petitioner has received communication from the Respondent No.1 on WhatsApp.
