SANJAY KASHINATH NANOSKAR Date: 2025.12.18 10:49:34 +0530 P.C.:- 1) In view of the deliberation in the Court yesterday, Mr.Palkar, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr.Korde, A.P.I attached to Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai, submitted that, since 6.30 p.m. of yesterday i.e. 2nd December 2025, Petitioner has been provided with round the clock police protection of one Constable as and by way interim arrangement. The said interim arrangement will continue till the Threat Perception Committee considers Petitioner's Application for police protection and/or his entitlement for the same under the Maharashtra Witness Protection and Security Act, 2017.
