1) The submission made by the Petitioner and recorded in paragraph No.1 of Order dated 8th December 2025, is contrary to the observations made by the Respondent No.2 in his impugned Order dated 7th November, 2025. It apparently discloses that, the Petitioner was not only served with the Show Cause Notice but was heard by the Respondent No.2 on 6th November, 2025 i.e. before passing the impugned Order.
