The petitioners pray for the following reliefs: - "a) That this Hon'ble Court in the exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 r/w inherent powers under section 482 of Cr.P.C., 1973 be pleased to quash and set aside FIR No. 192 of 2023 registered at CBD Belapur Police Station datd 26.09.2023, alleging offences under section 3(1)(1)(B), 3(1)(u) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 implicating these petitioners as accused therein.

b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the effect, implementation and all actions based on the impugned FIR No. 192 of 2023, registered at CBD Belapur Police Station dated 26.09.2023, qua the Petitioners in all manners.

c) Ad-interim, interim relief/s may be granted in terms of Prayer (b) hereinabove.

d) Award costs and compensation to the Petitioners for the harassment caused.

Mr. K. V. Saste, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs the Court that the charge has been framed against the petitioners.

Mr. Siddhant Sawai, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail of appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 4.

Writ Petition No. 6269 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
