A limited prayer in this petition is to expedite the hearing in RCC No. 183/2008. As the private complaint seems to have been lodged in the year, 2007, and, according to the instructions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the evidence before charge has yet not been recorded, the prayer for expedite hearing of the complaint appears justifiable. Thus, without delving into the correctness of the allegations in the petition, on account of the long pendency of the complaint i.e. RCC No. 183/2008, the learned Magistrate seized with RCC No. 183/2008 is requested to hear and decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, an order on framing charge, after recording the hearing before SAINATH 1/2

It is clarified that, this Court may not be understood to have expressed any opinion on framing charge and the said aspect be decided on its own merits.
