The main prayer in this Criminal Writ Petition is that the Trial Court seized with the matter arising out of First Information Report No. 137 of 2021, registered with Amboli Police Station with RCC No. 1293/PW/2022 proceeds with framing of the charges at the earliest.

The petitioner is the accused and the charge-sheet has been filed in 2021. There has been no progress since then. In view thereof, Criminal Writ Petition No. 6364 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer (a), which reads as under :- "a) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the learned Trial Court seized of the matter arising out of FIR No. 137 of 2021 registered with Ambolli Police Station to take up the
