In terms of our directions passed yesterday, the Investigating Officer has reached to the Corpus and recorded her statement. Similarly, the statement of Dr.Dnyanraj Purushottam Choudhary, Samyak Rehabilitation Center, Baner, Pune is also recorded.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before us the said statement alongwith the medical documents, as regards the admission of the Corpus in the hospital run by Dr.Dnyanraj Choudhary.

Perusal of the statement of the corpus reflect that she is not desirous of joining the company of the Petitioner and her husband and she has categorically stated that she is undergoing treatment and she will leave the hospital only when, she is advised by the doctor. Similarly, she has also stated that her son is also willing to stay with her father and not to join the company of his father.

In the wake of the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to secure the presence of the corpus alongwith her son, aged 9 years, before the Court on 7th January, 2026. Let the Investigating Officer ensure their presence, as directed above.
