After arguing the matters for some time, Mr. Ashok Tajane, the learned advocate appearing for the Petitioners, submits that in view of the subsequent final order of remand dated 11th December 2025, the Petitioners are not pressing the reliefs in these writ petitions. Hence, Criminal Writ Petition No. 6408 of 2025 and Criminal Writ Petition No. 6410 of 2025 are disposed of as infructuous. All rights and contentions of the Petitioners on the merits of the matter are kept open and shall be adjudicated in accordance with law.
