C. :- 1) Learned APP on instructions submitted that, the complaint of Petitioner dated 18th June, 2025 has been inquired into and the Police Authority has reached to conclusion that, the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.3 to 5 is of civil nature and accordingly the concerned police officer will inform the Petitioner in writing. Said statement is accepted.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file a private complaint before the jurisdictional Magistrate, as per the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of M. Subramaniam & Anr. Vs. S. Janaki & Anr., reported in (2020) 16 SCC 728.
