P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from API, Mr. Pravin Adam, EOW, Mumbai submitted that, the FIR bearing No.1165 of 2025 dated 17th December, 2025, under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code has been registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai on the basis of complaint given by the Petitioner. He produced on record the proforma of the said FIR No.1165 of 2025. The said crime has now been transferred to EOW Unit-1 Mumbai for further investigation. The EOW Unit-1 has renumbered the said crime as C.R. No. 120 of 2025. 2) In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner has been taken care of and nothing further survives in the Petition at this stage. 2.1) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
