The petitioner prays for the following reliefs : - "a. That this Hon'ble Court may be please to quash and set aside FIR No.236 of 2025 registered with Rabale MIDC Police Station under Sections 69 and 89 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, b.

That during the pendency of the present Petition, the Respondent No.1 may be directed not to file chargesheet against the Ptitioner in respect of FIR No.154 of 2025 registered against the Petitioner with Uran Police Station u/s 69 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, c.

That interim and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) may kindly be granted.

That any other order in the interest of justice as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may be pass,"
