KSG 26-WP-6466-2025.doc Leave to Appeal (Crl) No(s). 12690 of 2025, has expressed concern about pendency of Criminal Cases in the State of Maharashtra and non-framing of charge/charges by the trial Court within reasonable period. 4) In view thereof, we direct the Registrar Judicial-II to call for a report about the stage of trial/pendency of case, from the Registrar of learned Special Court (MCOC Act), Pune seized of Special Case No.247 of 2021, arising out of CR No.413 of 2020, registered with Bandgarden Police Station, Pune City.

5) The said report be called within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.

6) Stand over to 8th January, 2026.
