Mr. Malshe, the learned APP, on instructions, submits that, on 17th February 2026 the learned Special Judge has framed charge against the accused.

Since the charge has been framed, the learned Special Judge, MCOCA, is requested to make an endeavor to hear and decide the Special Case No. 247/2021 as expeditiously as possible.

The Writ Petition stands disposed.
