and waives service on behalf of the Respondent No. 2. 3.

Mr. Merchant, learned Advocate for the Petitioner has canvassed arguments. Ms. Khandelwal, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 submits that on the date of complaint/FIR, Respondent No. 2 was a married woman. Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State submits that the Respondent No. 2 appears to have taken prosecution machinery for granted. His statement is premised on Respondent No.2 having admitted of she being married at the time of filing of the complaint. He refers to the statement of Shri Vaibhav Shankar Pawar recorded on 29th November, 2024 at page Nos. 97 to 99 of the paper book and submits that action needs to be initiated against the Respondent No. 2.

Ms. Snigdha Khandelwal, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 states that her Senior is in difficulty today, as such, she requests for short accommodation till tomorrow. Request for adjournment is not objected to by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State.

At the request of Ms. Snigdha Khandelwal, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2, list this matter on 20th January, 2026. under caption "part heard". Advocates jointly request for taking the matter at 5 p.m.
