The Petitions seek a direction to the Court of Session, CBD Belapur, to pass appropriate orders in Criminal Revision Application Nos. 142 of 2023 and 141 of 2023, in a time-frame. 3.

In these Petitions, it is averred that, both the Revision Applications were heard on 16th October 2023. However, orders have ARS 1/2

5-6-WP-6529-2025.DOC not been passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Attention of the Court is invited to the roznama of the proceedings. 4.

From the perusal of the Roznama, it appears that, the Revision Applications are being adjourned for orders. Since, the Revision Applications have been heard and posted for orders since long, the learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to pass orders in accordance with the law, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

Since a substantial period has elapsed, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, may hear the parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously. But, at any rate, within a period of two months from the communication of this order. 6.

Petitions stand disposed.
