P.C:- The grievance of the petitioner mother is that respondent no.2 has kidnapped her daughter and her whereabouts are not known to her since April, 2005 It is specifically alleged that respondent no.2 is the son-in-law of the petitioner, being married to her elder daughter, but he has kidnapped her younger daughter and in this regard, she has already lodged a complaint. According to Mr.Agarkar, the learned APP, steps are being taken to search the missing daughter of the petitioner as well as the respondent no.2.
