Vide the Order dated 13/02/2026 a Division Bench of this Court headed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice had passed the Order to enable the Petitioner to meet her children who are with her husband at Noida. The Order reflects that the assistance of the Member Secretary of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Mumbai and District Legal Services Authority, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Greater 1/3
Noida was to be extended to the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted a copy of the report dated 16/03/2026 issued by the District Legal Services Authority, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Greater Noida mentioning that on 26/02/2026 and 27/02/2026, the Petitioner had remained present pursuant to those directions but on both these dates, the Respondent No.1 did not come and did not bring the children for the meeting with the Petitioner. The report is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Leave to amend to add Senior Inspector of Versova Police Station as a party as the Petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the said Police Station. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 4.
Issue fresh Notice to the Respondent No.1 returnable on 16/04/2026. In addition to the service of notice with court process, the Officers of the Versova Police Station with the help of local Police Station at Noida shall also serve a Notice on the Respondent No.1 2/3
about the next date of listing before this Court and make a report to that effect before the Court.
