P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Nashik Region, Nashik submitted that, the condition of attending the local police station everyday as imposed by Order dated 9th January, 2026 is modified. That, now by revised Order dated 24th January, 2026, the Petitioner has been directed to attend the local police station twice a week during the period in which he is released on furlough leave. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of Order dated 24th January, 2026. 2) In view of the above, prayers in the Petition are worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition. 3) Petition is accordingly partly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
