Mr. Asif Shaikh, learned Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. Lokesh Zade, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2, submit that the parties have amicably resolved the subject matter of the impugned FIR. They submit that the offences charged in the impugned FIR are compoundable in nature and therefore the parties intend to approach the Trial Court by

In view of the above, Mr. Asif Shaikh, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition to file appropriate application before the Trial Court to seek compounding of the offences.
