DATE : 15th DECEMBER, 2025 P.C:- 1) The Petition filed by the father of a young girl aged 17 years and 9 months seek her production, as the Petitioner alleged that she being minor, is missing from his house since October 2025. An FIR No.1295 of 2025 is registered with Manpada police station invoking Section 137(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, against unknown persons. However, it is the apprehension expressed in the Petition that she is detained by Respondent Nos.5 to 8 and specific accusations are made against Respondent No.8, alleging that he is responsible for she being removed from his custody.

2) We direct, Respondent No.2-Senior Inspector of Manpada 1/2

H. C. SHIV 9.w6605.25.doc police station, Kalyan, District Thane to trace the whereabouts of the girl and also of Respondent Nos.5 to 8 and secure her presence before us on the next date of hearing.

3) Let this order be communicated by Mr.Khan, learned A.P.P. so that Respondent No.2 can spring into action.

Re-notify on Tuesday i.e. 23rd December, 2025 on the supplementary board.
