C. :- 1) We are informed that the Investigating Officer is taking necessary steps to trace the minor girl of the Petitioner, and for this purpose, we are informed that he is likely to visit Uttar Pradesh. We permit the necessary steps to be taken, but expect that some positive result emerges out of the search. 2) We direct listing of the Petition on 7th January, 2026. 3) We only expect the Investigating Officer to be conscious that, in the present case, time is of essence, as within three months, the girl is going to attain the majority.
