By the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the order dated 19th August 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan below Exhibit 5 in PWDV Application No.142 of 2022.

At the outset, Mr. Sarvadnya Kadtane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that there is alternate remedy of Appeal under the provisions of Protection of Women from Sonali

948-WP-6620-2025.DOC Domestic Violence Act, 2005. He therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
