A limited prayer in this petition is made to hear and decide the application preferred by the petitioner for the return of the vehicles (Exh. D-41) seized by the Investigating Agency, under the provisions of Section 503 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.01.12 20:21:20 +0530 ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Sanhita, 2023.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, although the application was filed on 28th February, 2025, it has not yet been decided.

Since the application has been preferred for return of the vehicles, the application was required to be heard and decided expeditiously.

The petition thus stands disposed with a request to the learned Special Judge, MCOCA, seized with Special Case No. 218/2025 to hear and decide the application (Miscellaneous Application No. 218/2025) and all other applications for the return of the vehicles, in the said special case, as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six weeks from 19th January, 2026, the next scheduled date for the listing of Special Case No. 218/2025 before the learned Special Judge.
