On instructions, Mr. Gangurde, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to prosecute this petition for a writ of Habeas Corpus in view of the subsequent development that a charge-sheet has been filed in F.I.R. bearing no. 274 of 2025, and that the petitioner intends to seek regular bail by filing an appropriate application in the jurisdictional court. 2.

Writ Petition No.6667 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
