The limited relief is sought for in this Criminal Writ Petition. Mr. Kazi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 17th October 2023, Criminal Revision Application No. 118 of 2023 has been filed before the learned Additional Sessions and District Judge at Kalyan. The final arguments were concluded on 22 November 2024. The matter thereafter has been listed on 12 occasions between December 2024 and August 2025. The order is still awaited.

In view of above facts, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clause A and the learned Judge is directed to pass the order within a period of two weeks upon the Petitioner placing a copy of this order before the learned Judge.
