1) Learned APP submitted that, after conducting preliminary enquiry, the concerned police reached to the conclusion that, crime has to be registered and therefore on 13th December 2025, C.R. bearing No. 1194 of 2025, under Section 318(4), 336(2), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), has been registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai. The said crime has now been transferred for further investigation to EOW, Mumbai.
