This Petition was circulated on the ground of urgency as mentioned in the praecipe dated 6th January, 2026. 2.

Mr. Vaibhav Parab states that Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are present before this Court, however, the Petitioner No.3 could not remain present on account of her age. He submits that leave be granted to Petitioner No. 3 to appear through V.C. mode. Gayatri Shimpi

Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned APP for the State does not object to the request made by Mr. Vaibhav Parab, however, submits that Petitioner No. 3 should be identified by Mr. Vaibhav Parab and photo identity cards, duly authenticated, be produced by him. Mr. Vaibhav Parab, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that he would comply with the said requirement.

Respondent No. 2 is present along with her Advocate. She submits that she is ready to file an affidavit indicating her noobjection for quashing of the criminal proceedings. Advocate for Respondent No. 2 seeks leave to tender the said affidavit in the Registry today. Registry to accept.
