The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus against the respondents, and specifically respondent no.1 (father), to produce the two minor children, as it is alleged that the children have been wrongfully removed from her custody.

Issue notice to respondent no.1, making it returnable on 13/01/2026. In addition, Court notice is also permitted to be served upon respondent no.1, through private mode of service. 2.
