Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition against an order condoning delay in preferring revision application, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction for expedited hearing.

Having regard to the peculiar facts of the case and the situation in life of the parties, the learned Judge seized with criminal revision application is requested to hear the matter as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably within a period of three months from the next listing of the matter. 1/2

The Court is informed that the revision application is listed before the learned Sessions Judge on 5th February, 2026. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge on 5th February, 2026 and shall not seek adjournment for the hearing of the revision application.
