Heard Mr. Anand Mishra, learned Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent. 2.

By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief :- "a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction directing the quashing of the FIR being FIR No. 42 of 2025 registered under the provisions of Sections 74, 79, 3(5) of B.N.S. registered by Respondent No. 1 at the instance of Respondent No. 2 on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Mr. Anand Mishra, learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the charge-sheet has been filed in connection with First

Gitalaxmi 930-WP-6784-2025.doc Information Report No. 42 of 2025. He on instructions from the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not named in the chargesheet. He states that he wants to ascertain the said position and therefore, prays for adjournment.

Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the charge is framed in the case of FIR No. 42 of 2025 vide order dated 19.03.2025. He further states that a supplementary charge-sheet is proposed to be filed, wherein the Petitioner herein is named.

Be that as it may. As the request of adjournment made by Mr. Anand Mishra, learned Advocate for the Petitioner is not objected by Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent, time is granted.

At the request of Mr. Anand Mishra, learned Advocate for the Petitioner and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 19th January 2026 under the caption "Part-Heard".
