P. C. :- 1) The Petition filed by the Petitioner seek production of his wife before the Court, as it is contended that her family has detained her, as a result she is not in a position to join his company despite the marriage between the two being solemnized.

2) Though, we are inclined to issue notice to the Respondent Nos.3 to 6, in absence of the complete address, as we see that the notice cannot be served on the address mentioned in the title clause, the Counsel for the Petitioner seek liberty to amend the title clause by furnishing proper address of Respondent Nos.3 to 6.

We permit the amendment to be carried out forthwith. Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the Respondents Nos.3 to 6 by making it returnable on 12th January, 2026. 1/2
